Responsibilities:
  • Reconciles the cycle counts of all parts and materials
  • Maintains bin accuracy and precise counts for both inside and outside bins

Transportation Analyst

  • Supervises Truck Load and LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipments domestically and internationally

Quality Control Inspector, UT/NDT

Responsibilities:
  • Develops an understanding of the company's quality control program, standards, procedures, and codes.
  • Performs all inspection functions to the requirements of ANST SNT TC-1A for a UT Level II AWS Weld Inspector.
  • Conducts in process and final ultrasonic, NDT, and visual weld inspections of manufactured steel products in accordance with the AWS D1.1 code.
  • Verifies and maintains inspection and test status of product during all stages of manufacturing, including receiving, in-process, final, and shipping.
  • Participates in the training process of UT Level I Inspectors.
  • Verifies rework and repair of nonconforming products.
  • Attends daily start-up meetings to review production schedule and receive daily job assignments.
  • Initiates requests for corrective action on observed conditions which do not conform to quality system requirements.

  • Responsible for day to day administration of various systems and applications in the Sabre Datacenters. Helpdesk support of everyday PC support issues, customer service skills are a must.

  • Ensures compliance with all environmental, health and safety federal, state, local regulations and company policies.

  • Manages chemical, noise, and radiation exposure monitoring programs.

Requirements:
Successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Environmental Engineers, or related field. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) is preferred. Must have a minimum of 8 years experience in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, or environmental experience, preferably in steel manufacturing along with a minimum of 3 years supervising a staff as well as the function. Successful candidate will have a strong background in training employees, supervision and management in all areas of EH&S. Must have a working knowledge of the applicable Federal, State, and Local laws along with familiarity with industry standards, such as NFPA, ANSI, OSHA. Sr. Structural Detailer

Responsibilities:
  • Prepares detail and assembly drawings, bills of material, and design layouts based on engineering specifications.
  • Checks the accuracy, technical content, and adherence to instructions and tolerances on all drawings and the adequacy of design layouts.
  • Corrects or supervises the revisions of drawings and bills of material.

Weld Trainee

Responsibilities:
  • Manually positions pole assembly in pole rollers into proper position for welding.  Reads and interprets drawings (including weld symbols) and specifications to determine proper location of attachments, as well as weld size and configuration.
  • Adds, subtracts, multiplies, and divides feet, inches, fractions, and decimals. Uses tables to convert fractions to decimals and decimals to fractions.
  • Adjust welding machines to achieve desired results within parameters of established welding procedures. Frequently pushes pulls and lifts up to 50 pounds.
  • Uses GMAC or FCAW welding process to weld small components or assemblies.
  • Uses chipping hammer, wire brush, motorized grinders, and motorized wire brush at various times to clean welded areas.
  • Uses pneumatic drills and magnetic drills to drill carious size holes on pole assembly as required by drawings and specifications.
  • Uses a weld gauge to measure weld size, standard and metric.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimal previous weld experience is required. Previous experience could include courses taken through a high school shop class, welding as a hobby, etc.
  • Must be able to read and write in the English language.
  • Must possess a solid ability to learn to read and interpret blue prints and drawings, be proficient with reading a tape measure, and be detail oriented.

  • Installs wireless equipment on the ground.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of previous supervisory experience is required.
  • Must have the ability to read blue prints; possess knowledge of heavy equipment, and operation of such equipment; have knowledge of set-up and operation of laser levels and transits.

Tower Technicians

Requirements:
Climbing, anritsu, connector, and other wireless certifications are a plus. Candidate must have 1-2 years in directly related wireless cell tower construction, including: tower climbing, repelling, sweep testing, ginpole usage, stacking monopoles, erecting towers and other aspects. Candidate must demonstrate computer literacy. Must be team-oriented and in good physical condition. Successful candidate will have the following skills and abilities: knowledge of knots and rigging, ability to follow an antenna plumbing chart, knowledge in RET systems and installation, knowledge in routing and supporting coax and jumpers, knowledge in grounding specifications for all major carriers, ability to be stationed and work out of manlift equipment, and the ability to climb heights. Candidates must be available to travel extensively within regional states, including overnight stays.

  • Visually inspects work to identify material discrepancies and to ensure that welds have been completed in compliance with applicable drawings and specifications.
  • Uses a weld gauge to measure weld size.
  • Reads and interprets work orders and daily production schedules.
  • Assists fitters in assembly as needed.
  • Uses measuring tape, level, square, and angle finder to measure distances and angles.
  • Uses oxy-fuel cutting torch and plasma-arc torch to cut steel.
  • Operates assembly line conveyor system to move tubular shafts into position for cutting on band saw and for fitting.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of shop mathematics to include: addition, subtraction, fractions, multiplication, and decimals is required.
